1. Attainment - first sleep is attainment to information an experience or learning.
2. Storage - The information attained must be stored and consolidated in the brain
3. Retrieval - The final step is the ability to recall the information stored in the brain.
The First & third point happens when we are awake and 2nd point happens when we are sleep.
So the Study Mantra is
SLEEP HARD, But STUDY HARDER..
